Allow me to translate for you :-)
This is common 'English as a first language' every-day idiom for

                       "If anyone knows where I can locate some sample
code ... I'd be greatly obliged if they would tell me where I can find
such."

Alternatively (more informal)

                  "Someone here know"
         Can be closely rendered
                  "Anyone who knows please do tell me"

Speakers / readers even somewhat skilled in the art of English usage
will understand this meaning as of right. Those not so skilled will
pick it up in time :-).

Tends to be better advice than it should be alas.
Microchip sample code often gives a good introduction to any given
subject but tends to be somewhat more rushed or buggy than it ideally
should be in some cases. Generally, if you find a sample of code in a
Microchip app note  you will be able to find advice on this list from
people who have already looked at it.
