The tone of that reply is far too derogatory for anything with
"newbie", "help" or "newbie help" in the subject line.
And possibly in other contexts too.

Much of the message is good enough and could easily be couched
robustly enough to be considered to be a sound beating by the
recipient, if, as it appears, that is your intent.
Please note the words below in YELLING format.

Each of the lines listed below, taken separately, can be REASONABLY
expected to be taken as provocative to a greater or lesser extent by a
TYPICAL person. Taken together they are highly likely to be taken as a
full frontal insult attack by MOST recipients. This overwhelmingly
appears to have been your intention, but it may be that you are just
unbelievably insensitive to how such things TYPICALLY affect TYPICAL
people. Please desist forthwith. Robust pointing out of 'problems' is
what was requested. It can be done far more acceptably.
