Juk! That fragment of code is either wrong, stupid, or misleading. On a=20
  14 bit PIC it will set the TRIS registers, but it on first glance it=20
appears to set the PORT registers. On an 18F it will do what it appears=20
to do at first glance: set the PORT registers....
