Thanks. A couple of minor alterations to make, hope someone
finds it useful. Will probably add keyboard initialisation at some
point, allowing a stand-alone unit of just the PIC and keyboard

I'd be interested to hear what what diverse (or subversive ;-)) )
applications there might be. Key-logging is the obvious one that
springs to mind. Not very inventive though. Wireless keyboard
control (eg via IR into the PIC) might have a use. A sort of typing
network. If you can control the PIC, you can control the PC
