Hi guys, I must be missing something, but I really struggle to identify a lot of=20 later smd ICs with weird codes. The latest board I'm working on has a dozen mostly 8 and 14 pin SOIC's. Mos= t=20 I've eventually been able to identify, but there are still two 8 pin ones I= =20 need help with. I've tried as many combinations as I can think of in=20 searching, but still no joy. They both have a label with three lines 2272A1 (or 2272AI) 24T D6XE The second, 2702C 46M C9V7 Both of these chips appear to be linear devices, not digital, and running=20 with a VCC of 5 volts. I haven't been able to identify a company logo ...= =20 it has been hard enough reading what's on them as it is. Thanks for any help with either these chips or perhaps a publication with=20 codes that identify various devices. I do have a manual for some of the mor= e=20 common smd transistors and fets etc which is very handy. Once I find what the IC is, the data sheet tells me the code on the package= ,=20 but that's the wrong way around. I need the code so I know what data sheet= =20 to download. How do you guys get on?
