The program was "Road Wars" BTW. Just now they're doing a series of episodes in Devon and Cornwall (my old stomping ground) and the red diesel is described as "for mostly agricultural uses". An old beaten-up Beamer might sound like a tractor but that doesn't impress the modern copper who deals with a seemingly neverending tide of "numties, muppets, planks and wallies" Over the course of the series I've been surprised at how intrusive the authorities have become in the UK 4 million surveillance cameras, number plate recognition systems in police cars and on the roadside, and 1000s of speed cameras Which is all OK if you're doing nothing wrong but it's still creepy Joe * * ********** Quality PIC programmers http://www.embedinc.com/products/index.htm -- http://www.piclist.com PIC/SX FAQ & list archive View/change your membership options at http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist
