And to cause a loop when the EEPROM is *not* selected one forces RST 0 onto the
data bus (C7h) when /MREQ & /M1 & !/OE_EPROM. This can all be combined into a
small daughter board which is meant to be plugged into the EPROM socket together
with the NOP forcer.
