Hi, I'm trying to source an NEC micro uPD78233GC-3B9  ...  a rom-less 80 pin 
smd.

The Australian distributers are not interested and I cant find any at 
Farnell, RS, Newark, Mouser, Digikey etc etc

I thought it should be easy to find a company somewhere in the world who 
would sell me a few, but all the websites I've found so far that list them, 
either dont carry them or just want me to put in a request for a large 
number or at least $250 worth!!!

Can anyone suggest a source where I can buy 2 or 3, pay by credit card or 
paypal, and have them posted to me by normal mail, not the $90 special 
freight.

Sorry for the whinge, but the few sites I have requested a quote from 
haven't replied anyway.
