The IDE, the compiler and the = developed programs runs fine on the Windows 7 computer under an administrat= or = account. The software keeps logfiles and settings in the installed director= y = under program files but those are mirrored to another directory invisibly t= o my = apps in the background by the OS. I also have Visual Studio 2005 installed before I installed MSVC++ 6.0 and = there where some problems with newer libraries that where not compatible wi= th = the older code when I first tried to compile the MFC based programs but tha= t = could be worked around by settings in the IDE and with some of the newer = libraries replaced with old ones (I don't do MFC with Visual Studio anyway).
