I think basic package is about $4,500
Eagle price varies from Free through $200 ish to $thousands depending
Cadence $20,000? But you can use it to layout ICs I think. Some Asian 
companies use it "free". :( which suggests it might be good?
the number of $$ doesn't indicate digits, but more relative expense.
