Auto route isn't much good for analogue or RF or small boards very compact.

I think it's best for arrays  like old style bus with multiple sockets 
or 64 x  identical Memory ICs.

Unless someone has a magic autoroute I have not seen.

Have you used Orcad, Eagle, AutoTrax, FutureNet (DOS), EasyPCB (DOS), 
Cadence ($$$$$$) or Altium ($$). Just wondering what you comparing to?

What are libraries like?
