It didn't offer me the free shipping, that's how I know it costs U$14.00, 
though I'm not sure I would expect them to freight free abroad, just be 
more clear on their offer.

True, if you live in the UK and probably Europe you will have to pay VAT. 
If you live in Australia, so long as (currently for an individual not a 
business) the order is less than AU$1K and/or as an individual less than a 
total of AU$1K within a certain period (not sure if it's 3 or 6 months) GST 
won't be charged - Flightless bird population probably have different 
rules.

Yes - and according to the TI shop they are still out of stock.
