Dear Sirs,

I'm working on a homemade Segway.
I already got two electric wheelchair motors (24 V., >300 W.) and the necessary gyro and accelerometers.
The PIC based main controller should not be a problem.

Now I'm looking for the motors controller. I'm a DIY guy, so what I need is some guidance or just schematics for H bridges. I'd like to use only N channel mosfets, so the drivers should take care of it. The controller will have their own PIC to actuate the mosfet gates under command of the main PIC for speed and direction.
I need just some sample circuits, so I can compare with my own design and maybe grab some ideas.
Any help?
