If it was truly unintentional and he did nothing special with the part of
the body that contacted the ball, then it is actually legal.  Handling is
only a offense if done intentionally, which can also mean intentionally not
getting out the offending appendage out of the way given a chance to do so.
Every contact between arm and ball is not handling.
