If Vitaliy's statement is taken literally, you're right.  However, around
here at least, it was very clear that he meant he doesn't drink alchoholic
beverages, and doesn't take drugs beyond the occasional over the counter for
common ailments (like asperin for headache) or those described by a doctor
as legitimate treatments for genuine ailments.
