I could have sworn I've seen a number of times it mentioned by those in BP 
power (unless my television and radio singals work differently to those 
elsewhere) that they weren't binding themselves to the legal cap, unlike a 
certain cross sea company based in Switzerland who have invoked protection 
under an 1852 statute.

This is just trying to put a factual record straight - if bean fights are 
required email me off list!
