Comes in SOT23-6 and DFN-8.
Up to 4 x ADC ( 8 bit)
Comparator.
2 x PWM.
Vcc as ADC Ref.

Comes in SOT23-6 and QFN8
DFN is ~ 2mm x 2mm
SOT23-6 is functionally 2.5 mm x 3 mm so almost twice the area.
Not too many will care.
