A "solder" is advertised which, when intermingled by melting with
exit\siting solder becomes frangible/crumbly/ fragile and can be
picked off the board using eg a dentists 'pic or similar harp small
point. So - resolder IC with special solder, pick off 'solder', remove
IC.
