Caught my interested I'd buy a copy when it comes out.
While I don't have an "contacts" to offer I can make a small recommendation.
lulu.com is a nice place, I looked into it once when I contemplated
writing my own set of short stories.  Not terribly expensive to setup
and it's print-on-demand.
