Precision arrays may quote differential tolerance I worked in a place as QA eng. that designed and made thickfilm components and Hybrid circuits. Untrimmed parts may have worse tolerance but match each other better. Tighter tolerance trimmed parts may have similar resistor to resistor tolerance as the quoted tolerance. Many cheap SIL/DIL resistor networks (untrimmed) will only quote absolute tolerance, not differential.
