The Wind measurement is still something ... to be completed/improved :)

The number written down there is more or less (but am not sure) a cound 
of overall revolutions of the Spoons on the roof. I still have to find 
out (I also had a thread at microchip forum) "what" and "how" to find 
out a meaningful figure from that number: i.e. , should I average? 
average per hour and show a graph? average per day and show a number in 
Km/h? or a preak?
