In another post you say the background noise is coagulation.
Just how deep is the liquid from front to back of the image?

What sort of liquid is it?

What causes the bubbles?

What causes the coagulation?

How wide an image do you need to view? looking at the image you provided 
suggests it is possibly a window into a tank, and the actual width is much 
wider.
