What I meant is to warn the _sender_ that the post has no tag. So in this
case I would be warned  automatically that this post had no tags so I could
correct it. Or it would even had been rejected with a warning reply.

After all it was my fault, but I think it is fairly easy to automatically
process, so no valid tag - reject.
