This thread started with no tag and has had ~14 responses with nobody
commenting or adding one. So it may not matter, but ... .

Maybe TECH but probably OT OK.

I understand that tagless posts may go to all list  members, which is
highly undesirable, or only to those who subscribe to everything,
which is fairly benign. Not easy to be sure without some playing.
