Interesting, why didn't you use your "the main caliber" argument that H.264 codec is not guaranteed to be licensed free for developers in the future? Now they are cutting off flash, then they would monopolize video formats market with H.264, and later would say "Hello guys, H.264 licensing is not free anymore".
