Keeping things technical, I imagine that he has no trouble with the
meaning of 'maximum,'.

His question was legitimate for anyone not used to microcontrollers.
The answers MIGHT have been of the ilk "overheats badly and needed
water cooling", runs unreliably, doesn't run at all, self destructs
(conceivable), ... and more.

Substantial experience can blind you to the simple uncertainties that
a beginner faces.
