Crystal, load cap, Vdd cap, = pin 1 10K res, RC3, RC4,=20 these are all in good shape, no cutting, no bad solding....Everything = looks perfect, physically. Several times, my blink LED works no interruption. But more often, won't = starting or stop after running=20 several sec. Testing pic sw is very simple blink RA3 LED. It is really = simple! But behave is not simple=20 at all. I can explain why. Problem, sometime related to moving from one = table to another table, or changing power supple. I really don't understang this 16LF876A, and I have only = one in so28 pachage! I am uing PICkit2, programming high voltage it under 13V.
