I still have one of my ethernet/WiFi development boards available for free
to the first person that wants it and is serious about using it.  This uses
a 18F67J60, which has the built in ethernet MAC/PHY.  You don't need to
populate the WiFi module and the surrouding parts if you don't plan to use
it.
