Ha Ha...I am not a newbie and I make plenty of stupid mistakes...and I have 
been called on them on this list.  But I can tell you that getting called on 
stupid mistakes is a great learning (and humbling) experience.  So if it 
happens to you it is good fortune regardless of how your delicate feelings 
may suffer.  I like the way Olin put it..."Get over it."  And BTW Olin is a 
great source of knowledge and experience...
