A few questions if you don't mind.

- How long has your organization been in business?
- How do you protect the IP?
- Who does the QA?
- Can you provide a copy of the contract?
- What does this mean: "The collaborating team means that all participants 
proportionately receive funding, profits and royalties from all projects 
that they have contributed towards or will contribute towards."
