Isaac's post was clear enough.  It was apparently a reply to it that made no
sense.  Now seeing Isaac's post again it seems that the guy writing the
gibberish copied parts of Isaac's post without properly marking them as
being quoted, thereby giving the impression he said it.  There was also
nothing to mark what he was replying to and what he was adding new.  It all
looked like one pile of words written by that poster out of the blue, making
no sense.

If he wants to be understood, he should learn the quoting conventions of
email established well over 20 years ago.  (You put those ">" thingies in
front of lines you are replying to)
