However I doubt that the factory sells to the public. If  people are 
interested contact me off list and I will ask a company I know if they 
will sell a few to experimenters.

I've also used the kuhne Electronics gear, but you need a 10x.xxx,xxxMHz 
oven reference for the multiplier. where x.xxx,xxx is a fraction of  the 
10GHz  less your 144MHz  or 430MHz IF.
