I'm not a FOSS software fanatic.

I was just pointing that Eagle can be useed for free, although it is not
exactly free software. I thought that the OP could be interested in the
details, perhaps he is a FOSS fanatic.

It is similar to explaining to a foreigner what is the composition of
the foods he is going to eat, perhaps his culture or religion forbids
some ingredients :)
