If you are near your local China Town, there may have WU like shops
that perform money transfer at a lower fee.  WU is not so easy to use,
and expensive I think.  Bank TT is very expensive for low amount,
there are charges on both sides, and surprise fees if there are
intermediary banks.  Guess, they would not accept other payment method
that offer you protection, but not to them.
