no.
they all do multiplex stereo on BandII, or else are for 446 PMR or 
whatever FRS uses.

You'll need a vco, filter, amp, filter and a synthesiser chip. I have a 
nice one transistor VCO, but you need an op amp to drive the varicap 
from the 1.2V swing on the "modern" 3.3v all in one gp synth like LMX 
series.
