Since the last time you asked this, TI has introduced a low-end MSP430  
that is supposed to sell for $0.25 (100k quantity.  Supposedly $0.34  
in 1k, but not from real distributers yet), Atmel has introduced their

You still left out the Freescale RS08KA chips, which pretty much took  
the low spot when the tiny11 went away (<$0.50 in 100s from real  
distributers.)  Those aren't new, though.
