Forever. I had some time critical parts that I ordered via the web. After 2 days with no email confirmation I phoned Newark to find out what the problem might be. 15 minutes on hold to get through (guess they have lots of problems with shipments). They said that since I had not ordered from them before, they needed to manually verify my CC info and would let me know when they got around to doing that. I told them to cancel the order and I found another supplier. I will NEVER order from them again since they obviously don't want my business. (It was several hundred dollars, and would have repeated monthly). When digikey had a weather delay on shipping some parts, I got an email telling me about it, even though their system had confirmed that the parts had already shipped. So guess who I order from, even if it costs a bit more? R -- http://www.piclist.com PIC/SX FAQ & list archive View/change your membership options at http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist
