Hmmm... this thread ran off track quickly. :) Let me clarify that I am not looking for a stepper *driver* (which takes step & dir signals and converts that to amplified H-bridge outputs to drive the motors), but I'm looking for a motion controller that will take vector commands and generate step & dir signals with appropriate acceleration and decceleration signals. I have separate drivers already, but want to relieve the PC from having to generate real-time step & dir pulses. Cheers, -Neil.
