Is it just me, or is the ICD2 naturally susceptible to nearby mains 
switching when in debug mode?

I repeatably experience the IDE halting whenever there is the slightest 
static discharge to ground on or near a project, or if there is even the 
smallest of mains-powered loads being switched on or off.

Anyone else experience this?
