I'm not talking about CMD for Dummies, but a overview of what CMD can do,
some insight into how it works, etc.  It's OK to assume someone knows what a
command shell is.  I'm talking about a general description of how CMD does
things within that context.  That's all part of good documentation.  The
Microsoft CMD info only has specifics, which are hard to find unless you
know what to ask.  But without a overview, it's hard to know what to ask.
