already checked MC website but wasn't successful...

I'm looking for a utility to operate the MC PicStart+ programmer WITHOUT 
starting MPLAB. Has anybody an idea where to search? Or even a link for 
download?

Something accepting a command line like this:

UTILITY -16F877 -MYPROG.HEX

DOS or WIN is OK.
