There are places like that in Ontario Canada just over 3 hours
from Toronto and less than 3 hours from a couple other major cities.
The drive is 2:45 for 245Km almost 0 traffic at peak times. It is
on a cold water lake (You could drink the water from the lake
unprocessed or a shore well (shallow well that is connected to
the lake through 20 feet of sand) or use a UV system ~$300
to process and forget  it) on the grid, fibre optic internet within
3/4Km wire after that with very  good access speed.

Temperature is about your range a little colder in winter summer
gets a half dozen days above 30 very few nights above 25.

Black fly season is 2-3 weeks in the spring very few mosquitoes
ever.

The down side is cold water lake that gets rarely to 20C. It
is 140feet deep spring fed.

Upside is tons of wildlife with a minimal fear of man.
