I would like to find a place to move to where there are rural areas  
that afford some privacy.
I would like to be within 3 hour drive of an urban area if possible.
The rural area should not be highly popular.   Amenities would be low  
crime , drinking water ( well is fine ) , low land prices , dis- 
interest on the part of civil servants , and maybe electricity.
I would go off-grid if I could be let alone.   I like temperatures  
between -15C and 22C.  Outside that range colder is better than  
hotter.  I would definitely want to conjure up hi-speed internet  
somehow.
Anything like that ?
