Did it ever happen to you? eBay accounts for a small fraction of our sales 
(we use it mostly to get additional exposure), but still -- we've never had 
a problem with negative feedback:

I mean, yeah, years ago someone jumped the gun, but it didn't make a dent. I 
think the scenarios where a customer is acting maliciously are mostly 
speculative, and seldom happen in real life.
