I am open to all suggestions. The PIC will drive the display, talk to a master PIC via. RS-485. Mounting flexible, can have face directly to exterior of case, or stick a piece of plexglass in between. Probably would be nice to have driver on board to minimize development and hardware issues. This is hobby project, no more than half dozen pieces, Cost not terrible issue. I'm hobbiest, not super depth on design, but have done other PIC's and electronics from scratch. Thanks for the interest. :) Bob Blick wrote: > On Wed, 10 Mar 2010 11:01:22 -0800 (PST), "alan smith" said: > >> Anyone have a line on a smallish LCD that is targeted at thermostats? >> Basically looking for something that has the xx.x digits and F and C that >> can be addressed and turned on. >> > > Hi Alan, > > Do you want bare glass or do you need something with integrated > electronics? > > Cheers, > > Bob > > -- http://www.piclist.com PIC/SX FAQ & list archive View/change your membership options at http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist
