Just for the record, I've 42 transactions since 1997, all as a buyer,
many overseas (all of those satisfactory). All feedback on me is
positive.

personal decency of the seller, and the willingness of the authorities
to get involved, which in California is not gonna happen - eBay and
at least their senior employees are large political contributors.

It's too bad. eBay was a great idea, & a lot of fun .
