As a buyer, I was in situations before where I felt like I was being ripped off, yet I was reluctant to leave negative feedback because I knew the seller would retaliate and hurt my rating. >From a seller's POV it's also a good thing, because now the customers can really tell who's doing a good job and who's not. Before the new policy, the bad sellers were not getting all the negative feedback they deserved. eBay's system now more closely resembles Amazon's.
