I agree on above concept of getting as much MSps as possible. I saw many low
end USB osc which are way too limited to even look at standard composite
video. Some of them even equals MSps to analog bandwith on the specs, which
says a bit too much on actual engineering behind...

I'd bet for 50MSps as the sweet spot...
