1)   My last sale on eBay resulted in the buyer taking 2.5 weeks to  
pay for the item.  They did not pay for it until I complained to  
eBay.  I wanted to leave neutral feedback with an explanation.  eBay  
would not let me leave any kind of feedback except positive feedback.
Is this true for you as well ?  Or am I in some special feedback hell ?

2)  eBay calculated the cost to ship the item I sold at $9.97.  When I  
showed up at UPS to ship the item , I was charged $16.00.  Do those of  
you on the list who use eBay run into this problem ?
