I'm looking for a single supply voltage to frequency converter. 

I don't need great specs. 

The LM331 has been a good friend and I haven't found anything that
matches it for price and ease of use, but it is really old, how long
will they continue making it? The clones of it, like the NJM4151, don't
run on 5 volts.

I want one that doesn't require a clock and will run on 5 volts or even
3.3 volts.
